Disclosures:
- application fees are non-refundable
- must be 18 or older to apply
- standard lease is 2 years (2nd year rent increases $25-$50)
- deposits are equal to rent amount but may increase based on credit, background, rental history
- deposits are non refundable once approval terms have been accepted and house has been removed from the market
