    The apartment is wonderful, the maintenance crew is on top of things, amenities are fantastic. Never had to speak to management, which is a good thing. Only thing is the noise. Train right outside my windows all times of day and night, plus a concrete supplier of some kind goes all day and night. All in all I would highly recommend living here.

    The train! When I first applied for my apartment, I was notified and reassured that the noise from the light rail wouldn’t be bad, and it wasn’t. It was the train running behind the complex at all hours of the day and night which was challenging getting used to. I also feel like the pool is too small and the elevators were down too often for that to be a soecisl
