Parking for 4 cars maximum (per Town Occupancy & parking code) provides renters with added convenience. The Chapel Hill fare-free bus stop is also a short walk away when needed. Home also comes with a pre-installed security system for optional tenant activation & use - tenants would be responsible for any monthly monitoring costs).
Lease term runs approx. 12 months (first month prorated). Security Deposit required is equivalent to the monthly rental rate, due prior to lease signing. Tenants pay water, electricity, natural gas utilities.
No smoking is allowed on the property. One pet okay with approval and payment of one-time pet privilege fee (does not cover any pet damages). Call for more details.
