We accept vouchers, section 8, etc.
The application fee is only $5, we used to not charge anything, but we had to change it after we were being flooded with spam. If we decide we want to rent to you there is a background check that costs $30, just to verify everything that has been told to us.
Our ideal candidate would have 0 evictions in the past 7 years, no violent felonies (drug or non violent felonies do not count against you), and a monthly income at least or close to 3x the monthly rent.
