Available September 1 for a 12 month lease. First month and one month security deposit required to start lease. Tenant pays all utilities, including electric, gas, water/sewer, and trash. No smoking (including vaping), no pets, no illegal activities allowed. Owner requires credit and a criminal background check. The pool table will stay. The tenant is welcome to use it. There is a locked shed under the kitchen that the tenant will not have access to, and the landlord will have access (upon reasonable notice) throughout the lease term. Landlord also requests that the tenant take normal measures to protect the hardwood floors, such as area rugs and felt sliders under furniture. All potential occupants over 18 are required to complete the application (found in disclosures) and credit/background check (will be emailed once application is received with applicant email addresses, $43 fee to applicant).
