There are many shopping and dining options available along the nearby Allegany Avenue, or at the Towson Town Center just 1.5 miles away.
Upon a lease agreement, we require (and terms) a $200.00 amenity fee, $35/per person application fee, $40.00 month per pet fee and one time pet fee $350.00. Resident secures all utilities. Amenities may vary from unit to unit please secure full details with your our property leasing professional.
