Fill that form out and look for an email. You will receive an email with a Pre-Screening Form from L Smith Company. If you do not receive the email, please email DELORLEASING@GMAIL.COM so that I can forward you the questionnaire.

We pre-screen before we allow any to tour a property or apply. Fill out the Pre-Screening form that is emailed to you and get it back to the office. You can also click on the Google Form link and fill that out.

We will NOT accept an application until you have been pre-screened and toured the property.

No eviction filings or landlord disputes in the last 2 years.
Cannot currently owe a balance to a previous landlord.
Cannot have 5 or more basic bills currently in collections.
Must have a credit score of at least 600.
Two pets are allowed. Dogs must be 40 pounds or less.
