All of my fully furnished 11 units are located at 1520 - 1522 N. LaSalle, Chicago, IL. This is in the Old Town area of Chicago and approximately 2 miles directly north of the downtown central business loop district. All of my units are newly renovated and include hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless appliances, marble baths, and all furnishings found in a modern home. All units come with a fully equipped kitchen, including all dishes, pots/pans, cookware, silverware, glasses, coffee pot, etc.. All linens, towels, pillows, mattresses, TVs, sofas, chairs, artwork, lamps, tables, etc. are included. All units are non-smoking and pet free. The length of the leases can be written to the number of months that you desire. All utilities, including central heat/air, gas, electric, streaming internet TV, internet, water, trash, sewer, and non-coin washers/dryers are part of the rent. All heat/air is controlled by the tenant. On-site garage parking is limited, but available at the time the lease is signed for an additional cost of $200/mo. So, the only optional cost beyond the rent would be the parking, if needed. An outdoor garden/barbeque area is open to all tenants in warmer months. We are 3 blocks from both the red and brown line subway stations, as well as 1 block from the #156, #22, #36, #72, and #73 bus lines. Getting to/from OHare and Midway airports is easily done via subway/bus. My wife and I own the entire property and have lived in it for 14 years and self-manage the property.
