I am looking for someone to take on my lease available today, its already vacated. The lease ends June 30. You can renew afterwards if you want but you dont have to. You will want to stay though. Trust me Ive been living here for almost 3 years and Ive loved it.

You would pay directly to the building management, not me.

The unit is going to be unfurnished. No security deposit required but the building charges a $75 application fee.

It is on the 31st floor and faces west towards Michigan Ave. The view is great and the location is even better. The pedway is right across the street. Every single train line is within a 5 minute walk. Multiple busses pick you up right in front of the entrance to the building. You can literally get anywhere in the city from here. Marianos is a nice 7 minute walk. PRO TIP: The park right by Marianos is a great place to sit and read. Nandos, Nutella bar, Stans Donuts, Protein Bar, Orange Theory, theyre all in the building. And... get this, theres a dentist in the building: Smiles on Michigan. You can go to the dentist in your pajamas if you want (though you should probably not). I want to mention the pedway again because if you work in the loop this place is for you: my office connects to the pedway on Dearborn and Madison, so when it snows I only have to be outside for 10 seconds; the amount of time it takes me to cross the street.

Very well maintained. Hardwood floors, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Also I just got a new dishwasher installed and I havent used it yet.

The gym is pretty well equipped, and the swimming pool right next to it has the best view of millennium park Ive seen.

Maintenance service in the building has been great! I only needed technical assistance three times in 3 years, and the experience was great every time: I would send an email in the morning while at work and when I get home its fixed. They really spoiled me.
