This is a private one room efficiency with a small separate kitchenette with a sink and cabinets for dishes and a full bathroom with a shower. The entire unit consists of one room fully furnished with a queen bed with memory foam mattress, armoire with TV and drawers for clothes, dining table and chairs, coffee maker, microwave and toaster oven where you can cook many meals (see pictures) and a good size refrigerator. There is also a private full size bathroom (shower, no tub) and a small room / kitchenette with a sink, and upper and lower cabinets (no stove) but you can use the convection toaster oven to cook just about anything or even use the gas grill with separate burner found on your private covered porch.

This efficiency has a private porch with patio furniture and a gas grill with side burner and a small private fenced in yard.
The building has a small coin operated laundry room consisting of one washer and one dryer.
Pets ok with a $50 non refundable pet deposit for the first pet and $100 for two or more pets.
$50 non refundable departure cleaning fee.
