Verified residentReview source: verified residentI think the Verge is a great place with great amenities, maintenance and management. However I do think most of the issues come from tenants who don’t value the proposal as much as those who are full paying tenants. The mixture of working and non working people is a bit concerning, along with unattended minors in common areas
