Verified residentReview source: verified residentThe building was beautiful but it's not been upkept. The landscaping is baren outside and on the roof. The roof water features are barely ever on since they're not maintained. The roof is boiling hot but you can not ever raise the umbrellas without a whole process and that's if you can find someone to get the put up so it's unusable during the day. Rooftop patio furniture it's falling apart and not being repaired or replaced. Parking is prohibitively expensive in the building. Tenant life managers only throw events like it's a dorm that doing venture beyond yoga or alcohol. The building is full yet there are still building staff sitting in the lobby all day everyday which makes it uncomfortable to work from when they have a perfectly viable office built into 1160 building yet it's not being utilized. A lot of room for potential and a laundry list of projects that should be completed but are not.
