There is RV parking on the side of the home inside the fenced in backyard. The main level is luxury vinyl plank with an open concept dining area, living room, and kitchen. 3 bedrooms are located upstairs including the master bedroom with an ensuite master bathroom. There is a full bathroom upstairs in the hall. On the lower level there is a large living room with a fireplace. This level walks in from the garage and also has a half bathroom and laundry area. The basement has another small living area and the fourth bedroom. The home was built in 1979, located in School District 11, and it is 2268 square feet. The home has an attached 2 car garage, an active radon system, and central AC. The tenant is responsible for all utilities. This home is already wired for fiber internet. Dogs and cats allowed. Pets must be 1 year old or older. If approved, there is a $300 Deposit per pet plus $35 per month added to rent per pet.
