No evictions, no bankruptcy, no money owed to previous landlord or utility companies, no exceptions. 4. Income: documented and verifiable combined monthly income of at least 3 times the monthly rent. (a) employment -two most recent paystubs are required for employees. (b) Self-employed year to date income report and two most recent years of tax returns will be required, along with two most recent bank statements. (c) Any other forms of income may require a benefit letter. 5. Photo Identification is required. 6. NO Co-signers. 7. NO PETS unless accepted. 8.
