Verified residentReview source: verified residentCleanliness has a low standard with dog poop on every grass section. Quite a few renters don’t pick up after their dogs. Maintenance is slow to arrive and has needed multiple visits to accomplish simple tasks.

Verified residentReview source: verified residentWhen first searching, the front office was great. The day of picking up keys, the office was a mess. My move in was anything but pleasant. I had mold in my exterior closet, the apartment was dirty, & I had to submit a few maintenance requests. When doing my walk through, it felt unprofessional and very rushed. There is a lot of ants on the hill(s) in the parking area. I’m constantly finding them on my vehicle.
