Ocean Breeze is a three bedroom, two and a half bathroom, oceanfront condo in an oceanfront community which is located in beautiful Oceanside, California. Due to HOA rules, Ocean Breeze is a 31 night minimum rental.
The Living Room:

- Sunny living room with ocean views and sliding doors leading to private balcony with views of the coastline and the Oceanside Pier

- Large island countertop with ample space for cooking preparation and seating for four
- Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, and tea kettle. Complimentary K-cup pods, sugar and creamer provided for guest use.

Guests have private access to the entire three bedroom condo and two reserved garage parking spaces. The unit is on the second floor and guests have access to the elevator or they can take the stairs to the unit.
The condo is walking distance to the Oceanside Pier and downtown Oceanside dining at a distance of 0.9 miles, a 15 minute walk. Other attractions such as Legoland is a 17 minute drive, Del Mar Race Track is a 23 minute drive, SeaWorld is a 36 minute drive, San Diego Zoo or the San Diego Zoo Safari Park are both about a 40 minute drive, and Disneyland is a 1 hour drive.
This condo does not have air conditioning, but has a wonderful ocean breeze to cool off the unit in the summer months. The condo is not child proofed and it is the guest\'s responsibility to child proof the condo. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to make sure the condo is safe for the guest\'s children and any other children that may occupy the condo during guest\'s stay.
