We're looking for a credit-worthy and clean roommate, who is responsible, low-drama, has a good attitude and is employed with a reliable job. No couples. No animals. No smoking. This room shares a bathroom with a female in her mid 20's, so we'd prefer another female if possible. If that's you and you are looking for a peaceful place to live, this might be a good fit for you.

Monthly Costs: $1,100 rent (includes utilities)
Move in Costs: $1,100 first month’s rent and $1,100 security deposit.
Lease Term: 6-month lease converts to month-to-month after that.
