Additional access usually available - this is a cooperative living situation) Common area: garden, dedicated bicycle parking. Unit has: porch Parking: permit parking Packages are left by the gate in the driveway - fairly secure. No history of package thefts. Landlord has large dogs - who bark but are otherwise friendly.
