The apartment was NOT ready for a move-in. The unit HAS roaches and more and more appeared each day. The office staff is rude, dismissive and non-communicative. The a/c unit was broken when I moved in and never got fixed! The sink fixtures were rusted. The bathtub was peeling and needed to be resurfaced! The floors had ink spots all over the apartment and on the washer/dryer as well. When I brought all these issues to the managements attention, I was ignored! After multiple calls, visits to the office and emails, I submitted a lease termination letter 5 days later and moved out in 10. I would never recommend this community to Anyone! No one should be treated the way this office treated me and no one should have to go through what I went through with the pests, broken appliance and damages to a new apartment. After becoming a resident, the office personnel was very unprofessional. No one should feel like they’re stuck in a contract like the leasing agent Miguel made clear to point out when I would voice my concerns. If I could give a score lower than a zero for my experience with this community, I would!
