Located right across the street from Trader joes and contently located next to public transit. Leasing Information: • Application fee: $40 nonrefundable per adult living in the apartment. •Holding deposit is $210 ($200 is refundable on move in and is applied towards your move in costs) • Deposit: $500 on approved credit. • Utilities are RUBS which covers water, sewer, solid waste. Electricity and Gas is individually metered. • Insurance waiver required: $19 through us or upload of policy required prior to move in. • Units F,G, I have individual electric and RUBS (so electricity not covered)B, 1-4 are RUBS have electricity in RUBS • Internet will be in your own name and set up through service provider. • Pet-friendly: $50 per dog and $24 for cats per month. No Deposit. ESA animals are welcome, but a doctor's note from a WA doctor is required. • Lease Terms: 6-12 months. • On-site Parking: None Application Requirements: • 650 minimum credit score • Income must be 3 X the monthly rent with either 3 months of paystubs or a job offer letter that is dated with number of hours to be worked and pay amount. • Positive rental history • Cosigners are welcome. Requirements are 5 X the rent in income and above a 700 credit score. Cosigners will apply once the main tenant has completed their application.
