- Formal Application: Each applicant who passed the pre-screening survey over 18 years old must submit a completed application form. - Applicants should have a minimum credit score of 640 or above.
- Gross income, from any and all eligible sources, must be at least 3x the monthly rent.
- Proof of income and references are required.Applicants must provide an official form of identification and past 3 month's pay stubs and bank statements
- VERIFIABLE rental history.
- No evictions or criminal history!
- Must have a stable job.
- No vaping or smoking (no marijuana or cigarettes) is permitted anywhere on the premises.
