- Pike West is pet friendly. We love our furry friends! We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. Aggressive breeds are prohibited. Residents will pay a $250 pet fee and $250 pet deposit per pet. Pet rent is $25 per pet.
Parking permitted for residents and first come, first serve. Carports are $50/ month. We offer detached garages for $125/month. Other, assigned. Surface lot. Carports & garages are available for an additional monthly fee. Parking permits are required at all times. Towing is enforced at all times & is at the owner's' expense. Guest parking is located outside the gates. Garages $125 & carports $60.
