    I’ve been living at 4600 Ross Ave Apartments for about a month now, and my experience has been great so far. The approval process was quick, taking less than two days, and I was able to move in immediately after. I really appreciate the leasing office staff for their excellent assistance. One example of their commitment to residents is when I took a tour and noticed a few noticeable stains in the lobby carpet of the common area. They informed me that it would be cleaned as part of an in-house project, and within a month, it was taken care of. Their follow-through really impressed me! I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone planning to move to Dallas. Even if you're not currently looking, I suggest checking it out—you might just change your mind!

    Head management is unprofessional. Talks to women in a condescending way. amenities are never working or in service. Car got broken into and friends car got broken into because the gates never work.
