You’ll be a 5min drive to Uptown, Downtown, Old East Dallas, and Lower Greenville which offers plenty of restaurants, bars, etc. 15min to Dallas Love Field or 30min to DFW airport. Living room has a 65-inch TV, 72” sofa with ottoman. Kitchen is fully stocked with essentials. I like to keep the common areas clean, so please expect to keep the kitchen clean including dishes.
