“Chestnut Hills is a great value for money. Jennifer is amazing! She helped a lot before and during move-in process and very responsive. Maintenance and emergency responses are also good. If you add few CCTV cameras and take care of security of main entrances on both sides East and West that would be amazing. I have seen homeless people sleeping in the corridor. The other day looks like somebody broke main entrance glass on East side. People use stones and some tapes to avoid main door lock. Rest is ok. Thanks!”
