The bonus room is a 10'5' x 8'9'windowed, and can be used as a walk-in closet (currently built out with a lot of hanging space) sleeping room or office.
The main bedroom (could also be used as a formal living room): across the street from a white Romanesque church, with two windows and lots of light. A 12 13' 6' room. It's at the opposite end of the apartment from the second bedroom and bathroom, down the hall from the rest of the activity.
