Verified residentReview source: verified residentIncentivizedBoulevard is a great place to live and offers comparable or slightly better value than similar apts. The only issues I have are with noise and amenity ramp up. I can hear noise from Music Yard across the street on many nights and loud cars or sirens on South Blvd. The vending machine in the clubhouse has not functioned yet and the breezeway between the courtyard is lacking furniture / entertainment when it seems like it'd be quick and easy to get outdoor furniture, a TV, and corn hole boards. Overall, I am satisfied with Boulevard and would recommend it to friends.
