Atlanta, a diverse and vibrant city, houses this property, located 2 miles from downtown, in a revitalizing neighborhood. It's an urban, gentrifying area, not suburban. If this concerns you, consider suburban alternatives. Like any city, it's wise to stay alert. The neighborhood is rapidly developing, with typical urban issues. A convenience store and bus stop across the street draw foot traffic. Safety perceptions can be subjective and influenced by the area's diversity. If you prefer less urban settings, consider other locations. *Bedroom furnishing includes bed, side tables, and desk, bedroom furnishing not removable
