This is a wonderful house. It's very large with three floors and perfect for a compatible group of friends, young professionals, or a family with at least teenage kids. It's also ideal for someone who wants to work at home, as there's a nice downstairs with two private bedrooms and a bath and its own separate entrance. It would even work for a couple (take the top floor with 2 bathrooms!) and 3 others on the main and lower floors, each with their own bedroom.

We are just finishing up a nice renovation including paint, upgraded kitchen, new HVAC and all new bathroom countertops (quartz) sinks (porcelain) and shower doors (glass).

And it's spotless! Deep cleaned prior to your move in, it's gleaming.

Security: system is already set up with new ADT system- this is an optional add-on. Already set up: RING doorbell and exterior cameras.
