Property will only be shown to applicants who first complete application and meet the requirements. Application requirements for 18 years and older for each application submitted are minimum 600 credit score, no prior evictions, no collections, no bankruptcies, a copy of valid photo ID, and minimum of $5,000.00 gross monthly income (two months of verifiable income for W2 employees and six months of verifiable income for self-employed).
Approved Applications:
• The Security Deposit of $2,565.00 and Signed Lease are due within 24 hours of approval notification.
• Approved applicants are required to occupy (“move- in”) the home within 15 days of approval.

Renter's Insurance: Tenant agrees to maintain, at Tenant's sole cost and expense, a standard type of Renter's Insurance issued by a licensed insurance company of Tenant's choice, which shall have a minimum of $100,000.00 in liability insurance. Lessor shall be named as an additional insured on any such policy. Proof of insurance will be required 24 HOURS prior to move in.
