PET POLICY
* All pets have to be screened and approved
* Certain breeds of dogs and cats are allowed
* There is a Non-Refundable pet fee of $300 for 1st pet and $150 for additional pets
* There is a Monthly Pet Fee of $50 for 1st pet and $25 for every additional pet.
