This house was one of our recent remodels. It was cleared out all the way back to the studs and rebuilt. That gave us the opportunity to fully upgrade the electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning and insulation for the whole house. Full size egress windows are in the basement. All privacy walls are fully insulated and even between the floors are insulated. All light fixtures are LED which help cut down the electric bill. A high efficiency furnace was installed to also help save on energy. Extra base board heaters were installed in the basement for extra warmth in the winter.
