PeakView at T-Bone Ranch Apartments

There is almost no parking. You get one free spot per apartment and have to pay for each additional one so people often steal other's spots and occasionally get towed. Great location right by the Greeley Commons shopping center but also right off of two busy straightaways so cars rear through late at night. The walls are somewhat soundproof but windows are terribly sealed so you can hear everything in the neighborhood. Maintenance is 50/50 it can go well and fix the problem or it can make it worse. You pay fees to get the apartment cleaned and fixed up when you move out but it seems like it's just paint and carpet steaming. Management can also be hit or miss and it seems like there's little communication between managers. One person will tell you one thing and another will say the opposite. Amenities such as the pool and gym could be great except there's nearly always broken glass or other contamination in the pool so it's often closed. The gym is good I just wish the hours were more flexible. Overall not worth the price but not bad apartments.
