Our community is located on the Santa Fe Trail that has 40 miles of jogging/ bicycle trails & easy access to I-25. Verified residentReview source: verified residenti gave those ratings because the managent sucks and does nothing about the homeless and the police dont show put because of how bad it is there. The maitenace is non agsistant. they raise the rent anytime they want without talking to anyone. And if somthing happens to you in ur life they dont work with u then they charge u thousands just to move out. The managers exsect for one are shit, they are rude and nasty, they lie about what apartments they have online. They let people use the washers that are for close as bathrooms and dont clean them out. The ac never works, The elevators never work, they charge whatever they want for utilites and the amount for the uitilies changes each month cause its not based off of that one person its based off of the building. The hottub never works and the pool and hottub are always disgusting and make u want to throw up. They treat animals like shit and thats humans included. They treat elderly like shit and like they are trash.
