Our community is located on the Santa Fe Trail that has 40 miles of jogging/ bicycle trails & easy access to I-25. Come visit us today!Applicant has the right to provide University Village Apartments with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides University Village Apartments with a PTSR, University Village Apartments is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for University Village Apartments to access or use the PTSR.

    Older property built in the 70’s. HVAC and heating is the same age and does not work well. Had to buy portable AC units to keep it comfortable in the summer and will be getting space heaters in the winter.
