    They have a single trash compactor for the entire multi building complex, and they charge the tenants for its use. They are saving money by not renting dumpsters, they are saving money by only haveing a single compactor, and they charge you anyway. The staff will level threats and fines towards all tenants on a consistent basis, mostly fines for breaking various rules, to involve trash, or pets. The threats are almost bi-weekly and it's not targeted its just a blanket reminder if potentially being fined
