I (owner) have a pretty new 3 stories townhome, 3bd/3ba and ½ bath in the heart of Willow Glen neighborhood available for rent July 1st, 2025. Ideal for working professionals’ or friends’ group to move in together or a whole family. Close to everything and easy commute up to hi-tech hubs (San Jose, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Mountain View…etc.).

Each room in the house has its own bathroom and storage. One room downstair is fairly private, ideal for sub-letting. ½ bath is on second floor living room. 2 other rooms are on the third floor.
Living room has 70” T.V, cinema sound system, couch, dinner table/chairs, kitchenware (Refrigerator, Oven, stoves, microwave, grill on the balcony). Master bedroom has TV, midsize refrigerator, microwave, full frame/bed and lots of storage. The second bedroom has TV, full bed, closet. Ready to move in and stay. Cats/Dogs okay if promise to clean up after them. No smoking, drugs, excessive parties.

2 cars tandem garage (not parallel). There is plenty of street parking outside. No parking in the common yard (only for owners.) The area is safe and monitored by several cameras from the driving entrance and to the townhouse (we have “included HOA” to take care of gardening, outside cleaning and repairs so it’s always clean and looks amazing). Minutes to downtown willow glen and the plant shopping center and short distance to elsewhere in San Jose. Very comfortable commuting to tech areas such as Sunnyvale, mountain view...etc. via CA 87 to US 101 and vice versa.
