This property is very new. Appliances are all also very new. This community called "The Resort". it has a lot of great amenities, including a gym 24/7, pool, office spaces, club house, etc. Our unit has SOLAR which helps a lot for electricity bill, a lot of upgrades including kitchen, and master bathroom. there's a very nice spacious balcony. Three bedrooms are on the third floor, and 1 suites on the first floor. The layout of the house has a very open spacious design with windows on both sides allowing a lot of natural light in. The living space does not share any walls with the adjacent neighbors. so even though this is a condo you don't have to worry much. There is an attached two car to garage with a door that leads directly inside the house. Our garage has 240 V outlet for faster EV charging. The location is wonderful because there is a walking distance, target and Stater Brothers. Ontario Mills is less than a mile away. Haven city market (food hall), Victoria Gardens, Costco are all within 2-5 mile radius. Close to 10 fwy, 210 fwy and 60 fwy.
