B2 Lofts

I am looking for someone to take over my lease as soon as possible. I have just started a new position in another city and would like to move closer to work. I am currently residing in a 1 bedroom loft. The bedroom is located downstairs and attached is a walk-in closet. My lease is up on 07/11/2020. The rent can be lowered if you decide to amortized the rent. I am willing to forfeit the $1300 deposit and pay the application fee for anyone that is approved.
