**Rental Requirements & Fees**

We proudly participate in a pet screening program.

Application Fee: $45 per applicant (18 years of age or older). The application includes a credit report, rental history verification, criminal background screening, employment verification, and income verification.

Applicants must have a minimum gross monthly income equal to at least three times the monthly rent before taxes. Acceptable proof of income includes three months of pay stubs or bank statements. If using a recent tax return as proof of income, it must be accompanied by three months of bank statements. Alternative income sources, including rental assistance and housing vouchers, will be considered in accordance with all applicable fair housing laws.

A minimum credit score of 650 is required for all financially responsible applicants.

A criminal background screening will be completed for all applicants. Eligibility will be determined through an individualized assessment.
