Overall rating
Outside is loud and will interrupt your sleep even if you close the windows. I had to start wearing ear plugs. Neighbors not respecting the building being smoke free. If I have my window open cigarette smells comes in frequently, including marijuana. The stair case constantly smells like marijuana. You better watch out in the parking lot, residents drive fast, tailgate, won’t give you a chance to cross if your walking to your car. I once reserved the community room but prior to my booked time AVA Arts District was having an event where they were selling coffee and bagels. The people running the business did not clean up properly and stood there ONE minute before my reservation. They were not working just standing around chatting after I told them I reserved the community room. Residents body shame you in the gym and will use multiple equipment at the same time not allowing others to use it. Residents invite all their family members and friends to use the pool over the weekends so it’s hard for you as a resident to enjoy your amenities. The neighborhood is very sketchy at night and if security guards ask the un housed individuals who live on the streets to get off the property they often times don’t listen and say “I don’t have to do anything you say”. Those people are just watching residents go in and out of the complex.
