The Private Room is approximately 127 sq ft. This is a nice home that is totally renovated. (2 Rooms currently available)
Both are larger 2nd Floor Rooms is available starting at $1250
We also have more economic rooms available at 1150 a month all inclusive.

The shared bathrooms, kitchen and common areas are professionally cleaned weekly. We make sure the house is always clean for our residents.

We allow quiet dogs, cats, etc.

The most economical room is priced as follows.

SINGLE OCCUPANT= $1000/mo in room fees plus $250/mo in utilities or $1250/mo all inclusive (based on one year occupancy minimum).

COUPLES= $1050/mo in room fees plus $225 per person/mo in utilities (450) or $1500 a month all inclusive (based on one year occupancy)

OCCUPANT(S) with approved pets add $50.00/mo for each pet (3 maximum)

If occupants desire to stay less than one year, please add $100 per month in your calculations. (the shortest term we will allow is 4 months).

We require the equivalent of whatever your monthly fee is as a security deposit. There is a standard $35 background check for all residents.
