My New Year Resolution is to live in Sherman Oaks, South of Ventura Boulevard, in a remodeled Tri-level Townhome with two reserved side-by-side parking spots with direct access into the home. It would be great to have a large master suite with a walk-in closet and its own bathroom and also a second bedroom with its own bathroom. Another Bonus Room for my home office and gym is essential. I want to be near a New Whole Foods with a restaurant and lots of other great grocery stores like Ralph’s “Fresh Fare”, Pavillions, Gelsons and just for fun a Trader Joe’s. As I enjoy dining out I need to be near great restaurants like The Local Peasant, Petit Trois, Trattoria Del Sole or if I just want a great burger, Islands. And of course, I have to have my quaint breakfast spots such as Jinky’s, Stanley’s and Sweet Butter. As my mental, spiritual and physical well-being is important I desire to be near studios for Yoga, Pilates and Meditation, plus for my weekend hikes a park, such as Deervale Stone Canyon. For commuting I need easy access to the 405 and 101 freeway’s, Beverly Glen and Van Nuys Boulevard. Oh wait, HERE it is, everything I have been looking for!
