This building has been freshly painted and constantly maintained with a shared courtyard and storage. Pets are welcome with an additional monthly pet rent. Utilities are not included as we use Ratio Utility Billing for water and sewage. It is located 2 blocks from shopping, dining and entertainment in the 4th Street Corridor. Pick in this area is available by Circuit and it is easy to get to all areas of the East Village and Downtown Long Beach. Cal State Long Beach students would find themselves a 15 minute drive and easy access to transportation. Belmont Shore also is only 2 miles down the road.
