    There was not super clear communication about unit placement until fees were paid. I was told I’d have one covered spot initially but was later informed there was no spot for my unit. The courtyard is very nice and hang out friendly. My neighbors aren’t noisy at all and I love the location to price ratio. The gates are also always working so I feel secure living here.
