Verified residentReview source: verified residentI’ve been here for about two years now based off of limited options. My ceiling is constantly leaking, my A/C was started leaking yesterday whenever it’s on leaving behind puddles of water. Water cause paint damage so it’s minor paint damage now around my A/C. The big issue is BEYOND CONTROL. The gym has no working equipment in there and it’s also as small as a work cubicle. Homeless, Crackheads walk throughout my apartment complex freely, I’m a resident and parking is HARD TO COME BY. I seen a homeless man in the GATED POOL fully clothed and I was disgusted. I’m hoping for better future
