Beautiful high rise, great location, P M is super friendly and helpful. Parking is expensive but it’s downtown, noise is not unexpected for the city, pricing is high for units but i suppose it’s at market value

Great apartments, nice views, but parking is terrible! No guest parking ever and guest have to pay $80 to park during events that happen often.
