Room for rent in a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. 2 bedrooms share 1 bathroom and all other common areas in the house - living room, kitchen, laundry room, front yard, backyard. Washer and dryer in the house. Each bedroom is rented separately.

Rental process:
1) You verify yourself that you meet the credit score and income qualifications listed below
2) We schedule a tour
3) You submit an application. The application fee is $30 per adult. The application fee is non-refundable.

After you submit an application, we will:
1) check your credit report. Each adult's credit score must be at least 620. You can easily check your credit score for free on websites like Credit Karma or Annual Credit Report.
2) require that your personal income is sufficient and verifiable. Your gross monthly income has to be at least 3 times the rent. Ex: if rent is $600/mo, your income has to be at least $1800/mo.
3) verify your employment, if applicable
4) verify your previous landlord references
5) check for past evictions
6) perform a criminal background screening

No pets

Move-in costs: First month rent + security deposit. The security deposit is the same amount as one month's rent.
