Cliff Cannon
Cliff Cannon
What it’s like to live in Cliff Cannon
Hillside views define Cliff Cannon, where historic mansions and craftsman homes create one of Spokane's most architecturally distinguished neighborhoods. Residents enjoy panoramic city views and walking access to Manito Park's renowned gardens. Though steep streets can challenge winter driving, the trade-off comes in spectacular vistas and larger properties than available in flatter areas. The neighborhood's proximity to both Sacred Heart Medical Center and downtown creates convenient living for healthcare workers and professionals, while the eastern slope provides dramatic sunrise views over the Spokane Valley.
