Pet Policy -- Two pet limit- (cats only, no dogs or exotic animals). Must be at least one years old, house broken/litter box trained, spayed & neutered, have all required vaccinations, and with positive landlord references. Additional deposit of $400 for one pet ($500 for two), and a monthly pet fee of $35 for one pet, ($50 for two) is required. Of course, verifiable service animals are permitted with no deposit or monthly pet fee. Pets must be screened through www.umanopm.petscreening.com (for a small charge) and service animals verified (no charge for verified service animals).

This is a controlled access, no smoking building. Renters insurance with $500K of liability coverage is required.

Move-in funds required are the first month's pro-rated rent, security deposit, and any additional deposits for pets.
